Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during major sale periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via your registered email address and/or mobile number, where applicable.

Shipping Within India

We offer FREE SHIPPING across India on all orders.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro & Major Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on courier serviceability.

International Shipping

Yes, Six Seven Squad ships internationally to supported countries and locations.

International orders are generally delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local courier operations, and other factors.

Free shipping within India does not apply to international orders.

International shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country's authorities.

Unless specifically stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges and must be paid by the customer.

Six Seven Squad does not control customs charges and cannot predict the exact amount that may be applicable.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email and/or SMS, where available.

Please allow some time after receiving the tracking information for the courier partner's system to update.

Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, incorrect delivery information, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with the available tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your complete shipping address, PIN/postal code, mobile number, and other delivery details are correct before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the shipment, or another customer-related reason, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos or videos, where applicable.

We will review the issue and coordinate with our courier partner where necessary.

If a package appears to have been significantly damaged or tampered with during transit, we recommend not accepting the delivery and contacting us promptly.

Multiple Shipments

In certain cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive multiple packages and/or tracking numbers.
