Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders, with no minimum order value.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

Metro & Major Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.
How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you the tracking details via your registered email address and/or mobile number. You can use these details to follow your shipment.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to supported countries and locations. International orders generally take around 7–15 business days after dispatch.

International shipping charges are calculated separately and, where available, will be displayed at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs charges on international orders?

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges.

Unless specifically stated at checkout, these charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

All our T-shirts are made from 100% cotton and designed for comfortable everyday wear.
What sizes are available?

Our T-shirts are available in S, M, L, XL and XXL.

We recommend checking the Size Guide on our website before ordering, as the fit and measurements may differ between Regular Fit and Oversized styles.
What's the difference between Regular Fit and Oversized?

Our Regular Fit T-shirts offer a more classic, everyday silhouette.

Our Oversized T-shirts have a roomier, relaxed streetwear-inspired fit with a heavier 240 GSM fabric.

If you prefer a relaxed look, choose your usual size in Oversized. For the most accurate fit, always refer to the product's size chart.
What is an Acid Wash T-shirt?

Our Oversized Acid Wash T-shirts undergo an acid-wash process that gives the fabric a distinctive faded and vintage-inspired appearance.

Because of the nature of the washing process, slight variations in colour and wash pattern may occur between individual pieces. These variations are part of the character of an acid-washed garment.
Are your T-shirts unisex?

Yes. Six Seven Squad T-shirts are designed as unisex essentials. We recommend choosing your size based on the measurements provided in our Size Guide rather than relying only on your usual size.
Will the T-shirts shrink after washing?

Our Regular Fit T-shirts are made using pre-shrunk, bio-washed 100% cotton to help minimise shrinkage.

As with most cotton garments, slight shrinkage may still occur depending on washing and drying conditions. Always follow the wash-care instructions provided with the product.

Care Instructions

How should I wash my Six Seven Squad T-shirt?

For longer-lasting colour, shape and fabric quality, we recommend:

  • Machine wash cold or wash with similar colours
  • Wash inside out
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Avoid harsh chemicals
  • Do not iron directly over any printed areas
  • Avoid high-temperature tumble drying

Please also follow the wash-care instructions provided with your garment.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review the policy before requesting a return or exchange, as eligibility may depend on the condition of the product, the reason for the request, and the time elapsed since delivery.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
